How to request deletion of your account.

If you want to permanently delete your account from Kravy, please send a request to our support team.

Email your request to:
support@kravy.in

Please include your registered phone number or email used in the app so we can locate your account.

Account Deletion Process

Steps followed after receiving a deletion request.

After we receive your request, our team will verify your account and process the deletion.

Your account access will be permanently removed.
Your personal data will be deleted from our systems.
Associated account information will be permanently erased.

This process usually takes up to 48 hours.

Once the deletion process is completed, the following information will be removed:

User profile information
Login credentials
Business account details
Personal data associated with your account

Data Retention
